At AXVOM, we care deeply about the security and privacy of our customers and partners. We recognize that the security community plays an important role in helping us keep our systems safe. If you have discovered a potential vulnerability in any of our products, services, or systems, we encourage you to report it responsibly.​

HOW TO REPORT

• A detailed description of the issue.

• Steps to reproduce the vulnerability.

• Any supporting evidence such as screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept code.

Our Commitment

• We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 5 business days.

• We will keep you informed of our progress as we investigate.

• We will strive to remediate validated vulnerabilities in a timely manner, based on severity.

• We will give you credit for your discovery (if you wish) once the issue is fixed and disclosed.

Guidelines for Researchers

To encourage responsible reporting and avoid any legal issues, we ask that you:

1. Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it.

2. Do not access, modify, or delete any data that does not belong to you.

3. Do not disrupt AXVOM services or operations.

4. Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have confirmed and remediated it.

The following are generally not considered vulnerabilities under this policy:

• Reports of spam or phishing.

• Use of out-of-date browsers or plugins.

• Physical attacks or theft of devices.

• Denial-of-service attacks.
